摘要
20世纪30年代,在内忧外患的严重形势下,何思源创造性地将发展义务教育与救亡运动相结合,认为义务教育的目的在于延续民族的共同生存、在于培养儿童的国家观念、在于养成学生的生产意识;主张义务教育的实施必须与社会环境的改造相统一,为此应该充分发挥小学教师在民众健康生活、经济生活和政治生活中的指导作用,最终将学校教育变为社会改造的中心,实现教育与政治、经济的三者合一。何思源的义务教育思想对于当前的基础教育具有重要的借鉴意义。
Under the serious situation of the domestic trouble and foreign invasion in 1930s, He Siyuan combined the development of compulsory education with the movement of national salvation creatively. He believed that the purpose of compulsory education lied in extending national common existence, training children's national idea and forming students' production consciousness. He maintained that the imp]ementation of compu]sory education must be unified with the transformation of the social environment. For this purpose, we should give full play to grade teacher' s guidance function in people' s healthy life, economic life and political life. To do this, the school education will turn into the center where the society would be transformed finally . At the same time, education, politics and economy will be joined together. He Siyuan' s thought of compulsory education has important reference meanings in the present basic education.
