加强成人高校思想政治教育能力建设——基于普通高校成人教育现状

Strengthen the Ability Construction of Adult Undergraduates'Ideological and Political Education——Based on the Present Situation of Adult Education in Universities

一直以来,人们用"生命线"来比喻思想政治教育的价值,在成人教育领域亦是如此,但其现实开展令人堪忧。笔者提出应加强成人大学生思想政治教育,并指出其含义是对思想政治教育主体的培育和对其充分正确发挥所赖以进行的条件体系的创造,前者强调对教育者思想政治教育能力的培育和对成人学员自我教育能力的提高,后者是指对思想政治教育一系列客观支持系统的创建。

The value of the ideological and political education has always been compared to that of the lifeline. The same is true in the area of adult education. But it does not act as well as it is supposed to be. The author suggests that we should strengthen adult undergraduates＇ ideological and political education. In the meanwhile, she also points out the meanings are cultivating the main parts of ideological and political education and the creation of the qualification systems. The former means that the strengthening of the teaching power of teachers and the self - taught ability of the adult undergraduates, and the latter tells the creation of a series of objective support systems.
