高职院校党务干部作风建设的思考

On the Style construction of the Party Affairs’ Cadres in Vocational colleges

高职院校党务干部作风建设是党在高职院校形象的体现,是学院发展和建设的保证。目前,高职院校党务干部作风上暴露出学习上缺位、认识上错位、落实上不到位等问题,应当有针对性地从修身正其风,搭台促其风,建制塑其风,全面促进高职院校党务干部作风建设。

The style construction of the Party affairs＇ cadres in vocational colleges is the reflection of the Party＇s image in vocational colleges and the guarantee of the development and construction for college. Nowadays, a few problems are existed among some Party＇s cadres, such as absence of study, deviation in cognition and insufficiency in fulfillment. In this paper, several methods are suggested to deal with these problems, i.e, we should put right the style by cultivating our moral character, further the style by creating proper environment and mold the style by establishing systems, only in this way can we comprehensively promote the style construction of the Party affairs＇ cadres in vocational colleges.
