摘要
近年来住房公平问题已成为社会焦点问题,严重影响到人民住房品质的提高和和谐社会的建立。文章从经济福利学途径分析当前房地产市场显失公平状况下中国政府的经济适用房政策,并以此评价政府关注民生关注公平的行为选择。
The problems of Housing fairness have been the social focus because of effecting the increasing of people housing quality and building a harmonious society seriously in Recent years.This paper will make use of Welfare Economics thougts to analyse eco-uesable house policy in force of Chinese government under Real Estate Market losing fairness gradually,and to assess the fight choices of the government caring for people and fairness.
