摘要
国家促进法治,大学法制教育承载重任。在宪政建设大环境下,大学法制教育不管从微观课程教学,还是宏观上大学自身的垂范,都面临自由、平等、民主等宪政精神的植入问题。抓住了这个关键,才能真正实现大学法制教育应有的目的。
China promotes the rule of law, The education law of University is carrying heavy responsibility. Under the environment of constitutional building, whatever from the micro-teaching, Or macro level, the University＇s image all facing the problem of how to implant freedom, equality, democracy and other constitutional spirit into it. Grasping this key, we can truly realize the rule of law.
