单侧子宫结扎断离术对小鼠宫内胚胎处理因素的影响观察

Influence of Unilateral Breaking of the Uterus Ligation of Treatment Agent on Intrauterine Injection of Pregnant Mice

摘要 目的探讨妊娠小鼠单侧子宫结扎断离术对小鼠宫内胚胎实验处理因素的影响。方法将妊娠9-18d(D9-D18)小鼠随机分为两组,对照组采用宫内双侧胚胎羊膜腔(D10-D12)和腹腔(D14-D16)注射生理盐水20μL,实验组采用单侧子宫结扎断离术,再行单侧宫内胚胎羊膜腔(D10-D12)和腹腔(D14-D16)注射20μL生理盐水,术后观察妊娠小鼠术后成活、分娩情况,及其子代鼠的发育学指标。结果与对照组比较,单侧子宫结扎断离术能够降低妊娠小鼠的流产率、妊娠鼠意外死亡率和死胎率,提高妊娠小鼠的活产率(P〈0.05),并且对新生鼠的发育学指标没有影响(P〉0.05)。结论采用妊娠小鼠单侧子宫结扎断离术进行宫内胚胎实验研究可以提高实验效率,且简单易行。 Objective To investigate the influence of unilateral breaking of the uterus ligation of treatment agent. Methods The pregnant 9-18 day mice was randomly divided into two groups, the control group were used intrauterine bilateral embryonic amniotic (D10-D12) and abdominal (D14-D16) injection of saline 20 μL, the experimental group by ligation of unilateral breaking of the uterus, were used unilateral intrauterine embryo amniotic (D10-D12) and abdominal (D14-D16) injection of saline 20 μL. After surgery, the pregnancy after mice survived, childbirth, and their offspring of the mice developed indexes were observed. Results In contrast with compared group, we found that half uterus deligation disjuction used intrauterine injection could decrease abortion ratio, unintentional mortality and still birth rate, meantime, improve the pregnant mice survival and the delivery rate (P〈 0. 05), and the development of offsprings was no distinguish (P〈 0. 05). Conclusion Half uterus deligation disjuction could elevate the effect on the study of intrauterine embryo in pregnant mice,and it is feasible.
