山东与沿海发达地区对外投资情况比较

A Comparative Study of the Foreign Investment between Shandong and Some Developed Coastal Regions

近年来,山东作为沿海经济大省在全国的位次一直不断前移。要实现我省经济快速持续稳定增长,需要解决诸多新问题,完成改革、开放、开发、发展等方面一系列新任务。由此,"走出去"战略成为一个必然选择。山东在对外投资领域已经取得了巨大的成绩,但是与沿海发达省市相比,我省还存在许多不足之处。针对差距和不足,我们的相应对策是:把实施"走出去"战略放在更加重要的位置;明确战略的重点,提高优势企业的国际竞争力;加强承包工程队伍建设,改善经营主体结构;切实实现区域突破,统筹全省经济发展大局;建立科学的"走出去"工作评价指标体系。

In recent years, Shandong, as a big economic province, made a constant progress of economic development. In order to achieve a fast, sustainable and stable economic development of Shandong, there are some new problems to solve and new tasks to fulfill. Therefore, ＂going out＂ strategy is an inevitable choice. Shandong has made great achievements in foreign investment field recently. However, compared with the developed coastal regions, there is stiU a long way to run for Shandong. The measures to bridge the gaps are as foUows： putting the ＂going out＂ strategy in a more important place; improving international competing abilities of the advanced enterprises ; enhancing team construction of contract project ; making a real break of regional development; establishing a scientific evaluating system for ＂going out＂ strategy.
