摘要
在带有巨大竞争压力和成本压力的全球市场和缩短开发周期的背景下,产品开发过程的分布是解决复杂的、不稳定的、从而也是充满冒险性的价值创造过程的非常措施。这些采取的措施必须面向目标和结果,并且能被开发过程中的参与者共同转换使用。极其有效的一个办法就是应用面向过程的进程方式。本文介绍的并行工程和项目管理的平行应用采用了这种方法和功效不断提高的、信息和通讯技术支持的辅助手段,具有在地点和时间上分布的产品开发过程的集成能力。此时,负有各自高度责任的、跨学科组建的开发小组在所有的活动中起着关键的作用。为了开展这样的项目,要求有扩展的、高性能的和灵活的规划技术。
The distribution of product development and design processes on global competitive markets requires organizing measures if complex,unstable and therefore risky courses of events are to be avoided.The neccessary steps need to be taken in a decisive manner by those involved in the developed process.The paper recommends parallel application of simultaneous and project management.Communication and information technology increases efficiency and enables integrated development processes distributed in time and over different locations.Interdisciplinary design teams responsible for their share of work are the origin of all activities.Extended,flexible planning techniques of high quality are required to carry out such projects.
