摘要 方法合理的设计过程是产品在市场上取得成功的首要基础。CAD、快速样模制作和三维数字化技术为设计本身、为针对功能要求和后续的制造技术对设计方案所进行的评价、以及获取数据以便对已有部件进行改进设计提供了一种有效的辅助手段,利用这些手段可以提供一个功能模型向用户进行演示,并在早期设计阶段对设计和制造作出验证。 Cost effective product development at a world class level requires a combination of agile manufacturing and engineering technologies. The combination of these technologies with an institutionalized integrated product and process development environment promotes high quality products which meet all performance objectives, are cost effective, and can be efficiently manufactured. For companies to compete at a world class level, they must adopt this operating practice and introduce facilitating tools. Many of these tools are mature and have been used extensively in the product development process, while others are evolving. This paper will provide an overview of the integrated product development process and the agile technologies which can support the process.
