摘要
作者首先介绍了描述塑料时变特性的各种不同模型及它们在机械设计中的应用,然后采用有限元法(FEM)进行变形分析和设计方案研究,得到了轴-塑料轮毂-键联接结构的一些设计建议。最后,提出了一种试验方法和数值方法相结合的用于变形分析的构件混合分析法。
Different models to describe the time dependent behaviours of plastics and their consequences for the design of mechanical components are presented. Analysis of deformation and researching design variants with FEA leads to recommendations for the design of shaft hub connections with adjustion springs and plastic hubs. Finally a bybrid method of stress analysis is proposed which combines an experimental method for deformation analysis with a numerical one.
