在东北老工业基地的振兴中,东北地域文化在市场经济条件下仍然存在很多问题,没有能够充分发挥其作用。因此,只有进一步重塑东北地域文化,充分发挥政府、企业、人的作用,才能充分调动东北经济发展的潜力,真正实现东北老工业基地的振兴。

In the Northeast old industrial base revitalization, the Northeast regional culture, with many problems under the market economy condition, has not been able to play its role fully. Therefore, only when the Northeast regional culture is further remoulded and the strength of the government, the enterprise and the people is elaborated fully, can the potential of the Northeast economy development be fully transferred and the Northeast old industrial base revitalization be truly realized.
