小群体互动与大学生寝室人际关系

Small Group Interaction and Undergraduate's Dormitory Relationship

运用小群体互动理论来分析大学生寝室人际关系,通过对上海某重点高校本科生生活园区的抽样调查数据,运用有序变量的logistic回归分析影响大学生寝室人际关系的主要因素。研究发现寝室人际关系在性别、是否独生子女、家庭条件、学科、年级均不存在显著差异,其主要影响因素是大学生对于寝室的价值定位、和室友聊天的时间以及参与寝室公共活动的多少等。

The relationship of undergraduate students in the same dormitory is analyzed by the theory of small group interaction. The data used in this paper comes from a random survey of some famous university in Shanghai. Ordinal Logistic Regression statistic method is adopted to analyze the main factors affecting the student＇s dormitory relationship. The result is that the dormitory relationship is mainly determined by student＇s value, their communication time and the attendance of common activities, not by their sex, being only child, family background, major or grade.
