混合痔吻合器切除闭合术的并发症及其防治(附360例报告)

Complications of excision-closed hemorrhoidectomy and their prevention and treatment

目的探讨混合痔吻合器切除闭合术术后并发症及其防治。方法采用国产可重复使用痔吻合器治疗混合痔360例,分析、总结所有病例的临床资料和随访结果。结果术后住院3～6d,愈合期为14～19d。随访1～12个月,疗效满意。术后主要并发症有吻合口出血、疼痛、尿潴留、吻合钉存留、黏膜下脓肿、吻合口裂开等。经过预防和治疗,全部治愈;无严重并发症发生。结论根据混合痔吻合器切除闭合术后可能出现的并发症可采取相对应的防治措施。

Objective To investigate the complications of excision-closed hemorrhoidectomy （ECH） and their prevention and treatment. Methods A total of 360 patients with mix hemorrhoids underwent ECH with domestic stapler which could be repeatedly used. The clinical and follow-up data were analyzed. Results Hospitalization time was 3-6d, and healing time was 14-19d. All patients were followed up for 1-12 months with satisfactory results. The main complications were hemorrhage, ache, urine retention, submucosal abscess, anastomotic disruption and so on. No serious complication occurred. Conclusion Suitable measures can be done to prevent and treat the complications of excision-closed hemorrhoidectomy.
