Comparative Study of Several Issues about Foreign Investment Law of China and Thailand

该文通过我国与泰国外商投资法律制度的比较研究,探索双边外商投资法律制度的异同及其原因,避免和减少我国企业在泰国投资的风险,取消外商投资壁垒,实现投资自由化,以期促进中国—东盟自由贸易区外商投资领域法律制度的进一步完善。

This paper sets out a comparative study on the foreign investment law of China and Thailand, through which it probes into their similarities and differences to find out the causes, in order to avoid and reduce the risks of Chinese enterprises＇ investment in Thailand and with the aim to eradicate foreign investment barriers, realize investment liberalization and promote further cooperation and perfection of foreign investment law of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area.
