高职学院大学生创新能力培养是高等教育人才培养质量提高的重要举措。本文提出了高职学院大学生在创新能力培养方面具备的八个特征和应遵循的三个原则，并有针对性的提出了六个方面的对策措施，旨在探索培养高职大学生创新思维能力和提高人才质量方面有所裨益。

Educating the innovation is an important measure of improving quality in higher vocational college.
