摘要 介绍了一种利用CCD摄像机测量物体表面温度场分布的方法,建立了温度与物体表面辐射能之间关系和物体表面辐射能与CCD信号强度之间的关系,利用黑体炉对CCD信号强度和物体表面温度值进行标定,这样CCD摄像机采集到的图像的亮度值分布实际上就是物体表面的温度值分布,结合图像处理技术获得物体表面的温度分布。 A method of measuring surface temperature distributions using CCD cameras is described. The relationships of flame radiated energy to the temperature and to the CCD camera optical signal are set up. The black-body furnace is used to calibrate CCD camera optical signal and the surface temperature of measured object. Then the optical signal distributions of picture acquired by CCD camera are just surface temperature distributions. So combined with image processing method , the surface temperature distributions are gained
