固相原料反应生成碳化硅晶须的实验研究

Study of Silicon Carbide Whisker Prepared from Solid Raw Materials

实验研究了三种碳原料和七种硅原料反应生成ＳｉＣ晶须工艺过程，结果表明，反应生成碳化硅晶须的固相原料中，除稻壳外，白炭黑作为硅源，喷雾炭墨作为碳源，加入适当催化剂也可以得到高品位碳化硅晶须，纯度在９５％以上，生成率在２５％以上。

\ The process of producing SiC whisker from solid raw materials which included 3 kinds of raw materials related to carbon and 7 kinds of raw materials related to sillcon was studied in this paper. As a result, high grade SiC whisker with purity up to 95% and yield up to 25% were gotten from white carbon black (as raw material of sillcon) spraying carbon black (as raw material of carbon) and proper catalyst.
