摘要
《劳动合同法》的实施,进一步保护了劳动者的合法权益,促进了劳动关系的和谐稳定,在给企业人力资源管理带来巨大挑战的同时,也给高职院校的发展带来了深远的影响。其有利于促使高等职业院校依法规范用人制度,完善内部激励机制,建立稳定的行业企业兼职教师队伍,促进学院管理水平的提高和后勤社会化改革,对建立“校企合作”长效机制,推行“工学结合”也产生了积极的影响。
The implementation of Labour Contract Law can progressively protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers and promote the harmony and stability of labouring relationship. The law has brought great challenges for human resource management of enterprise as well as far-reaching impacts on the development of higher vocational schools. It can urge higher vocational schools to regulate personnel system, optimize in-house inspiration mechanism and establish stable part-time teaching staff from industry and enterprises, on the other hand, it also can enhance the advancement of school management level and socialized reform of logistics, and produce positive impact on the establishment of long-term mechanism of cooperation of school with enterprise and the pushing of combination of working with learning
