摘要
影响职业教育实践情境中学习行为的因素包括,相关知识的掌握程度、实践教学中参与者的数量以及实践情境中参与者的行为方式。对其分析发现,职业教育教学中应加大对技术理论知识教学的重视,改善班级组织、教学形式以及实施主体,并要强化实训教师素质的提高。
Factors influencing learning behavior in vocational education situation include: mastery degree of relative knowledge, number of participants in practice teaching and behavior mode of participants in praetice situation, and analysis on these factors found that, teaching of vocational education should pay attention to the teaching of technical theoretical knowledge, practice teaching should improve class organization, teaching mode and implementation subject, and strengthen the enhancement of practice teachers' qualities.
