高职教育以培养管理、生产和服务第一线的高技能应用型人才为根本目标，能够为新农村建设的可持续发展提供持久的智力支持和保证，能够提供一系列的相关科研成果，并使其具体转化，以促进产学研合作。高等职业教育作为目前我国职业教育的最高形式，要主动承担开发农村人力资源，培育新型农民、服务新农村建设的重任。

The cultivation of high-skilled applied talents serving for the frontier of production, management and service is the fundamental objective of higher vocational education, which can provide lasting intellectual support and assurance and a series of relative research outcomes for sustainable development of the construction of new country as well as foster the transformation of outcomes and cooperation of production, learning with research. As the highest level of vocational education in China, higher vocational education should undertake the important responsibilities of developing rural human resource, cultivating new peasants and serving for new country actively.
