现代社会,人们在尽情享受发展所带来的丰盛宴席的同时,却不自觉地迷失到这种发展观及其实践设定的困境之中。在西方发展理念支配下,发展日益凸显出一系列带有全球性、人类性的问题与困境。建立在传统人道主义基础上的西方现代发展观念已使发展本身处于它的内在矛盾之中。解决西方现代发展危机的唯一出路是建立一种新的发展观——以人类生存为基础的新发展观。

The people have lost themselves in the difficult position which the development brings while enjoying sumptuous banquet in Modern society, even not on their own initiative. Under the Western development idea control, the development day by day has a series of global, humanity＇ s question. The western modem development idea has been established in the tradition humanitarianism foundation developed itself in its inherent contradictions. This article points out that the only outlet of solving Western modem development crisis lies in building up one kind of new development view which takes human survival as the development foundation.
