摘要
用一定量的丙烯酸类单体在过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)引发下,对不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)进行了溶液接枝聚合,得到了丙烯酸/不饱和聚酯杂化水分散体。讨论了BPO的用量、丙烯酸类单体的组成、三乙胺的用量、助溶剂的用量对产物性能的影响。结果发现,当BPO用量为2.2%时,接枝率最高,大约为20%。同时,用红外光谱(IR)、差热分析仪(DSC)、扫描电镜(SEM)等对产物进行了表征。改性后的UPR漆膜的干燥时间大大缩短,硬度可以达到4H~5H。
Initiated by BPO, the water dispersed acrylate-unsaturated polyester hybrid is prepared by grafting acrylate monomers onto unsaturated polyester resin. The influences of the amount of BPO, composition of acrylate monomers, amount of triethylamine and amount of additives to the properties of the product are discussed. The results show that the degree of branching(DB)is up to 20% when BPO content is 2. 2%. The structure and properties of product are characterized by IR, DSC, SEM and et al. It is proved that the drying time of the obtained coating film is shortened sharply and the hardness thereof can reach 4H - 5H.
