摘要
通过试验筛选出合成有机硅树脂的配方,以甲基和苯基氯硅烷为单体,采用水解缩聚的方法合成有机硅树脂,并对影响有机硅树脂合成的有关因素进行了研究。结果表明,控制R/Si为1.29,Ph/Me为1.05,当水解温度为65℃左右,控制水和氯离子的物质的量比为(6~9)∶1这个范围时可合成出易溶于甲苯、二甲苯的综合性能优异的有机硅树脂。讨论了原料配比、水解温度,介质酸度和溶剂组成对有机硅树脂的影响。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱表征了有机硅树脂的结构特征。
The organosilicone resin is formulated by hydrolysis polycondensation with methyl chloro silane and obtained while R/Si is 1.29, Ph/Me is 1.05, the molar ratio of water to chloride ion is between 6 and 9, and the hydrolysis temperature is about 65 ℃. The influence of the formulation, hydrolysis temperature, pH of medium and composition of solvent to the properties of the organosilicone resin is discussed. The structure of the above - mentioned resin is characterized with Fourier IR.
