毁害型领导:领导研究的新视角 被引量:8

摘要 随着以暴露领导灰暗面为主题的调查报告的刊出,毁害型领导越来越引起研究者的关注。毁害型领导指的是领导者反复表现出来的侵犯组织合法权益,并对下属和组织造成严重伤害的系统化的行为。文章介绍了毁害型领导的特点和结构模型;论述了毁害型领导的影响后果、产生条件和调节因素;最后指出,毁害型领导的研究应当以毁害型领导的识别、毁害型领导的产生机制、毁害型领导的应对策略等问题作为进一步探讨的重点。
