The issue of rural development is a common question focused by all over the world. Strengthening the rural adult education （RAE） is one of the basic ways to solve it. RAE of America is one of those developed best in the world. The purposes to research American RAE are to gain some useful experience for our country, and provide some methods for building a new socialism modern countryside.
