摘要
从医改流程信息化的角度,提出构建医药电子商务平台,探讨了平台运行的基本流程及其功能。
Based on medical system reform of process informatization reengineering, this paper put forward an idea to construct medical electronic business platform and gived the platform process to run and analyzed its function.
