摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定红霉素软膏的含量。采用Sinochrom ODS-BP C18为分析柱。流动相:0.1mol·L^-1磷酸二氢铵溶液(三乙胺调节pH6.5)-乙腈(70:30);流速:1.0mL·min^-1;检测波长:215nm。进样量:20μL。在进样量2.5~80.0μg的范围内,进样量与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999);平均回收率98.94%;RSD=0.4%。该方法简便快速,重现性好,可作为红霉素软膏的含量测定方法。
A HPLC method was used for determination of Erythromycin Ointment, A Sinochrom ODSBP C18 column was used with 0. 1mol · L1 ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (adjust the pH to 6.5 with triethylamine)-acetonitrile (70 : 30) as mobile phase. Detective wavelenth was at 215nm with flow rate of 1.0mL · min^-1. The good linearity range was within 2.5-80.0μg(r=0. 9999), RSD=0.31%. The method is simple and rapidness, has good repeatability, it can be used in the quality control of Erythromycin Ointment.
