摘要 流行性乙型脑炎（简称乙脑）国际上称为日本脑炎（Japanese encephalitis），是由蚊虫等吸血昆虫叮咬感染乙脑病毒引发的急性传染病。病死率较高，而且后遗症严重，对人类健康危害较大。乙脑也是一种人兽共患的自然疫源性疾病。本病主要分布在亚洲和西太平洋地区^[1,2]，
