摘要 1乙型肝炎 乙型肝炎是一种经血传播的世界性传染病。全球有3．5亿人感染乙型肝炎，我国是高发区，带毒者约占人口的10％。现有3000万慢性乙型肝炎患者，每年还有200多万例的急性肝炎发生。目前乙肝的危害性远比艾滋病高。乙肝疫苗在城市的普遍推广可以大幅度地降低感染率，但在我国的广大农村虽已经可以免费接种，
