摘要 步行式水稻插秧机上使用的后插曲柄摇杆式分插机构存在工作时振动大的问题,为此设计了椭圆齿轮传动后插旋转式分插机构,分析了该分插机构的工作原理与结构特点,建立了机构的运动学模型,开发了机构辅助分析与参数优化软件,优化出满足步行式插秧机工作要求的结构参数,最后利用高速摄像技术对分插机构运动特性进行了试验验证。 Backward crank-rocker transplanting mechanism used in walking-type rice transplanter vibrates seriously when operating. A new transplanting mechanism for walking-type rice transplanter was designed, and it worked steadily and vibrated slightly. Firstly, the work principle and structural feature of the mechanism were analyzed and the kinematic model of the mechanism was established. Secondly, the software of mechanism aided analysis and parameters optimization was developed and the structural parameters were optimized to satisfy the work requirement of walking-type rice transplanter. Lastly, its kinematic characteristics were tested by high speed digital video camera and image processing technique.
