摘要
用高压反应釜通过超临界甲醇法将葵花籽油制成生物柴油,制得的生物柴油主要成分为脂肪酸甲酯。通过GC-MS检测,出峰顺序为棕榈酸甲酯、亚油酸甲酯、油酸甲酯、硬脂酸甲酯、亚麻酸甲酯。通过L9(34)正交试验确定影响因素主次顺序为:反应温度、反应压力、醇油比、反应时间,最佳条件为反应温度340℃、反应压力15MPa、醇油比42、反应时间20min。
Biodiesel, a renewable alternative bio-fuel, can be made from fatty acid and methanol in transesterification. The biodiesel was obtained from sunflower seed oil in autoclave by supercritical methanol method. Analyzed by GC - MS, the main components of the biodiesel are fatty acid methyl esters, which are listed as follow by the peak sequence: palmitic acid methyl ester, linoleic acid methyl ester, oleic acid methyl ester, stearic acid methyl ester, linolenic acid methyl ester. The optimal reaction conditions were studied by four factors and three levels orthogonal design, which are listed as follow by the intensity of influence {actor {rom high to low: reaction temperature is 340℃, reaction pressure is 15 MPa, molar ratio of methanol to sunflower seed oil is 42, and reaction time is 20 min.
