摘要
为了评价微光像增强器在封装前各组成部分的性能,设计并研制了微光像增强器荧光屏测试系统。阐明测试系统的构成以及设计的关键技术,采用数学建模的方法确定热电子发射源的形状。研究了亮度均匀性校正,给出荧光屏发光均匀性、亮度、发光效率和余辉的测试方法。该仪器可以广泛应用到各种型号的荧光屏的研究和生产领域。
To evaluate the quality of each component of an image intensifier, a testing system for low light image intensifier fluorescence screen is designed and developed. The construction of the testing system and the key technology of design are extensively explained. The shape of thermion emitting source is identified by the method of math ,odtel. The brightness uniformity is studied. Methods of testing the luminous uniformity, brightness, luminous efficiency and afterglow of the fluorescence screen are given. This testing instrument can he widely used in research and production fields of various models of fluorescence screen.
