巨噬细胞集落刺激因子、促肾上腺皮质激素释放因子在早发型重度子痫前期胎盘中的表达

The expressions of M - CSF and CRF in placentas of severely early - onset preeclampsia

目的研究早发型重度子痫前期患者胎盘组织中巨噬细胞集落刺激因子（M—CSF）、促肾上腺皮质激素释放因子（CRF）的表达，并比较它们在早发型、晚发型重度子痫前期及正常妊娠对照组三者之间表达的差异。方法选择早发型重度子痫前期患者20例，晚发型13例及正常妊娠对照组20例进行实验对照研究，应用免疫组织化学方法研究M—CSF、CRF的表达情况。结果早发型及晚发型重度子痫前期患者胎盘中M—CSF表达均明显高于正常妊娠妇女，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；早发型重度子痫前期组显著高于晚发型组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。CRF在早发型及晚发型重度子痫前期患者胎盘中表达升高，与正常妊娠组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），早发型重度子痫前期组显著高于晚发型组（P〈0．05）。结论胎盘中M—CSF、CRF的表达增加可能与早发型重度子痫前期的发病有关。

Objective To investigate the expression of M - CSF and CRF in placenta of severely early - onset preeclampsia, and to compare the difference of expression among severely early - onset and late - onset preeclampsia and control group. Methods A case - control study was carried out on 20 severely early - onset preeclampsia and 13 severely late -onset preeclampsia and 20 control group. Using immunohistochemistry to show the expression of placenta M - CSF and CRF. Results The expressions of M - CSF in placenta of severely early - onset and late - onset were significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the expressions of M - CSF in severely early - onset preeclampsia was significantly higher than in severely late - onset preeclampsia ; the expressions of CRF in placenta of severely early - onset and late - onset preeclampsia were significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the expression of M - CSF in severely early - onset preeclampsia was significantly higher than in late - onset （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The elevated expressions of M - CSF and CRF may have relationship with the genesis of severely early - onset preeclampsia.
