The value of electrocardiogram to judge the prognosis of severe pulmonary heart disease

目的探讨心电图对判断严重肺源性心脏病预后的价值。方法对258例住院病人的心电图19项指标进行数值或计数分析，并进行统计学处理。结果死亡组的心率、PⅡ和PaVF振幅数值以及超过正常高限的阳性数、V1呈qR型的阳性数都明显高于存活组，差异有统计学意义。结论心电图指标可作为判定肺源性心脏病严重程度的标准。

Objective To approach the value of electrocardiogram to judge the prognosis of severe pulmo- nary heart disease. Methods Nineteen index signs of electrocardiograms of 258 inpatients, proceed with the analysis and statistics of number or count. Results The positive number of heart rate, PⅡ and PaVF flapping number of death group exceed normal and high limit number, V1 reports the type of qR positive number all obvious higher than survival group. Conclusion The electrocardiogram index signs can be used as the standard that judge the serious degree in pulmonary heart disease.
