摘要
认为市场中的城市配电网规划面临的不确定性因素中负荷的变化尤为重要。引入了区间算法对不确定性负荷、配电网规划的数学模型和自动布线的初始化搜索方法进行了修改,并采用遗传禁忌混合算法对初始化网架进行了优化求解。将该改进规划方法应用于实际算例,与确定性规划得到的结果相比较表明该文所提方法适合于求解不确定性负荷条件下的城市中压配电网络规划问题,从而为不确定性条件下的城市配电网规划提供了参考。
With the development of the electricity market, urban distribution network planning is facing many uncertainties, including the load variation. To solve the problem, the interval algorithm was used to modify the load uncertainty, the mathematic model of distribution network planning, and the initialization searching method of automatic routing. What's more, the genetic tabu hybrid algorithm was adopted to optimize the initialized network. The improved planning method was applied to an actual ease and compared with the planning method of certainties, and the results show that the improved method is suitable for urban medium-vohage distribution network planning with consideration of load uncertainty.
