摘要
岩石破碎坑和井底的测量分析是钻头实验技术中的重要环节,也是钻头破岩机理研究和钻头性能评价的重要手段,而现有的测量分析方法精度或效率较低。为此,将反求工程技术引入到井底的测量和分析中,建立了井底模式扫描分析系统。介绍了该系统的原理、功能和特点,以及岩石破碎坑几何分析技术的基本原理。应用情况表明,该系统能对各种类型的岩石破碎坑和井底进行数字化测量和分析,而且测量分析的精度和效率均较高。
The measurement and analysis of craters and bottom-hole pattern is an important link of drilling test and a key means of studying rock-breaking mechanism and valuating rock-breaking efficiency. Geometric features of craters and bottom-hole pattern are described. The principle, function and characteristic of the scanning and analyzing system are introduced. The basic principle of the key techniques of digital measurement and analysis of craters and bottom-hole pattern, including datum plane fitting, edge detection, extracting geometry information, are presented. In the actual application, this system applies various kinds of craters and bottom-hole pattern, and improves measuring accuracy and efficiency.
