摘要
碳纤维连续抽油杆采油系统在我国油田的应用日益广泛,它与常规抽油机配合使用时,出现明显不同的地面示功图特征,这种明显的不同主要源于碳纤维连续抽油杆弹性模量的不同,地面示功图形状上表现为左低右高,逐渐向右上倾斜。从抽油机上、下冲程许用载荷角度讨论了抽油机与这种抽油杆的匹配,指出即使使用碳纤维抽油杆的抽油机减速器曲柄轴最大扭矩没有超过抽油机额定扭矩值,但由于匹配性不合理,也会出现抽油机悬点载荷超载现象,这样不利于抽油机的工作,影响抽油机的寿命,易产生安全问题,需要合理选配抽油机。给出了8种与碳纤维连续抽油杆匹配性好的抽油机型号及其主要几何参数。
The carbon fiber continuous sucker rod pumping system isin gradually extensive use in our country. When used with conventional pumping unit, it shows obvious different surface dynamometer cards because of the difference of the modulus of elasticity. The shape of surface dynamometer cards is low on the left and high on the right, sloping to upper right. In terms of the permissible load of pumping unit's upstroke and downstroke, it discusses the pumping unit's matching with this sucker rod, indicating even the peak torque of the crank shaft which is in the reducer of carbon fiber sucker rod pumping unit does not exceed the rating torque, the unreasonable matching will also cause overload in the pumping unit's suspension centre. It goes against pumping unit's operation and affects pumping unit's life span, easily causing safety issue. It needs to choose the appropriate pumping unit. This paper shows eight types of pumping units with good matching property and their main geometric parameter.
