合成生物柴油的油/甲醇/醚反应体系的选择 被引量:2

摘要 在生物柴油制备过程中,甘三酯/脂肪酸与甲醇不能很好地互溶,影响反应速率,添加共溶剂可提高反应速率。绘制并分析了油/甲醇/醚反应体系的三元相图。结果表明,四氢呋喃是良好的共溶剂,游离脂肪酸含量高的废食用油有利于共溶体系的形成。 In the preparation of biodiesel,the reaction rate is slow because the glyceride or fatty acid and methanol is immiscible,which could be improved by adding co-solvent. The ternary phase diagram of the reaction system of oil/methanol/ether mixture was drawn and analyzed. The results showed that tetrahydrofuran was a better cosolvent and the waste edible oils containing abundant free fatty acids was liable to form miscible system.
