The Preventive System of UNACC and the New Subjects of Anti-Corruption Research in China

在《联合国反腐败公约》中,最被寄予厚望的是其预防机制,其中关于问责制、组织制度、财产申报制度、对私营部门的财会监督制度、控告举报保护制度等预防性反腐败措施,为我国反腐败提供了重要的制度保障性经验,我国应以此为借鉴,全面加强反腐预防机制的建设。

In UN Anti-Corruption Convention, the most important one is its preventive system. Among this system, the preventive anti-corruption measures such as the accountability, the organizational body or bodies, the declarations of interest, the supervisory system of private sector, the protection to report and accuse and so on, offer some important experience about institutional safeguards for china＇s anti-corruption. We should use them for references and strengthen roundly the construction of china＇s preventive system of anti-corruption.
