摘要
本文论述了中国数十年来棉纺细纱锭子的发展,从七十年代以前的刚性支承的HM2—18型锭子到弹性支承的 D1200型高速锭子,并分述其特点。介绍了1980年开始小批量生产的32系列锭子,并与12系列锭子作了比较还介绍了节能型小锭盘锭子,与大锭盘锭子相比,每吨纱可节电35度,约5.77%。最后,提出锭杆镀铬,改进锭尖结构,激光热处理锭子,正确使用锭子等改进和建议。
This article describes the historical development of cotton spinning spindles in China over past decades of years from HM2-18 spindles with rigid bearingused befor 70s to flexible-bearing hi-speed D1200 spindlles,explaining their char-acteristics respectively.The article also introduces the spindles of 32 series whichcame into small batch production in 1980.Besides,a comparison between spind-les of 32 series and 12 series is made.Spindles with small whorl which are alsomentioned in the article show their advantage in electrisity saving:comparedwith large-whorl spindles,they can save 35Kwh i.e.about 5.77% for spinningevery ton of yarns.At the end of the article,the author raises hisproposalsto better spindle performance such as getting spindle blads chrom-plated,im-proving spindle-pivot stricture,having spindles laser heat-treated,correctly usingspindles etc.
