摘要社会组织可分为政府、企业和非营利组织,随着非营利组织的兴起,其治理机制的研究日益受到重视。本文基于委托代理理论和利益相关者理论比较了非营利组织与政府、企业在内部治理机制和外部治理机制方面的差异。
