战略人力资源管理普遍观与权变观的回顾与比较——基于行为观视角的研究
摘要
20世纪80年代以来,战略人力资源管理理论得到广泛发展,同时推动了战略人力资源管理行为观视角的产生,逐渐演化为普遍观学派和权变观学派这两大理论派别。文章对这两种学派的发展演变进行了回顾,并对二者之间的理论观点进行了比较。
