中韩两国发明专利发展的差距及原因探悉 被引量:1

摘要 通过对比分析大量统计数据,从四个角度指出中韩两国在发明专利申请上的巨大落差,并从宏观和微观两方面来分析原因所在,重点探讨了影响中国企业未成为创新主体的多方面因素;同时分析了两国间贸易现状,指出贸易结构与专利申请一样不平衡,贸易结构影响两国之间的专利申请。
