作物高光效株型数字化设计的方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 传统育种研究较难实现作物株型的定量化设计,无法达到精确农业的研究标准,造成资源和人力的浪费。因此提出作物株型数字化设计方法,以作物的可视化模拟为基础,将影响株型形态因素进行数字化表示,通过计算机分析影响因素与植株形态的相关性,总结功能-结构-环境三者相关规律,构建能够合理变化的可视化定量模型,并对给定条件以高光效为目标进行设计。该方法能够改变传统株型设计难以定量化描述的问题,有目的地改变作物形态,生成具有高产能力的作物株型。 This paper puts forward the digital design method for crop's plant type to counter the difficulties in traditional breeding studies that it is hard to realize the quantitative design for crop plant type and to meet the research standard in precise agriculture, which cause the waste in resources and manpower. The new method took crop's visualized simulation modeling as basis, digitized the factors influencing the plant type morphology, analyzed by computer the correlation between plant type and influence factors such as light distribution in canopy, and summarized the correlated rules among functions, structures and environment, then constructed a visualized quantitative model with rational adjustbility. By the given rules listed above, this paper offers a design of breeding with HPE goal. The design is helpful to the problem of traditional plant type design which is difficult to be quantitatively described, changes purposely the crop morphology to produce the crop plant type with high yielding capability.
