离心对尿素包合法富集玉米油亚油酸效果的影响

Study on influence of centrifugation on purification of linoleic acid from corn oil with urea adduction fractionation

对北方室温条件下，增加离心步骤对尿素包合法富集玉米油亚油酸的效果进行了探讨，并对尿素包合法富集亚油酸工艺进行了研究。结果表明：离心可以使混合脂肪酸中亚油酸含量提高9．65％，以离心后的混合脂肪酸为原料，经尿素包合，富集后的亚油酸含量达93．99％，与未经离心的混合脂肪酸含量相比，提高了12．29％。同时研完了用80％～100％不同浓度的乙醇溶解尿素，进行尿素包舍对亚油酸的影响，结果表明：亚油酸的碘值和回收率差异不显著。

Under the usual room temperature condition of northern of China,the effect of centrifugation procedure added to purification of linoleic acid from corn oil with urea adduction fractionation was discussed,the technology of purification of linoleic acid from corn oil with urea adduction fractionation was researched. The results showed= content of linoleic acid in mixed fatty acids increased 9.65% by centrifugation, election of mixed fatty acids after centrifugation as materials, content of linoleic acid achieved 93.99%, compared with mixed fatty acids before centrifugation, content of linoleic acid was increased 12.29%. The effect of dissolving urea by different concentration of ethanol from 80%-100% on linoleic acid was researched,the results indicated that. the difference between iodine value and recovery of linoleic acid was not remarkable.
