爪哇香菇液体种子培养基的优化

摘要 综合考虑培养基澄清度、菌球形态、菌丝球个数和菌体干重各项指标,首先从6种液体种子培养基中初筛出一种最适合爪哇香菇生长的培养基,然后在初筛的基础上,通过正交实验优化了该最适培养基的主要营养成分,即碳源和氮源。实验结果表明,最适合爪哇香菇生长的液体种子培养基为:玉米粉40g、蔗糖25g、酵母膏3g、磷酸二氢钾1g、硫酸镁0.5g、维生素B10.05g、水1000mL,pH5.25。 The relatively best medium for growing liquid seeds of Lentinula javanicus was selected from 6 kinds of liquid medium, considering the index as follows: the degree of medium' s clarity, the shape of mycelial pellets,the number of mycelial pellets and the dry weight of mycelia. Then, through orthogonal experiments, the carbon source and nitrogen source were optimized on the base of primary screening. The results showed that the components of liquid medium which most adapted to Lentinula javanicus for growing liquid seeds were. maize meal 40g, sucrose 25g, yeast extracts 3g, KH2PO4 1g, MgSO4 0.5g, VB1 0.05g, H2O1000mL, pH5.25.
