沙蒿籽胶浸提数学模型的确立及验证性研究

摘要 在浸提理论的指导下,建立了沙蒿籽胶浸提数学模型,并通过研究不同液固比、浸提温度和浸提时间对产胶率的影响,求出浸提数学模型中的各个参数。同时,模型的验证实验表明,不同液固比、浸提温度和浸提时间下,产胶率的实验数据与模型计算值之间吻合得较好,绝对误差不超过0.5%,该项研究为沙蒿籽胶的工业生产提供了可靠的理论依据和实验基础。 According to the theory of extraction, a mathematical model of the extracted process for ASP gum was established. Extraction experiment was conducted with different factors related to the yield of gum, such as liguid/solid ratio, temperature and time. Basic on the results, the parameters of the mathematical model were determined. Then it was used to evaluate the unknown constants. The experimental results were compared with the given value well and a general agreement was reached. And the absolute error was less than 0.5%. This paper would supply a novel experiment and theoretic basic in industry.
