摘要
在微波辐射条件下,以乳糖为原料,固相合成低聚糖。考察了微波功率、反应时间、催化剂用量、引发剂用量等因素对反应的影响,通过实验得出最佳工艺条件为:微波功率1000W,微波处理时间3min,催化剂的添加量3.5%,引发剂水的添加量20%,产率为82.71%。并经高效液相色谱分析,确定合成产物中三糖占6.99%、四糖占5.06%、五糖及其以上占61.67%。
The synthesis of glucogalactane with lactose by solid state reaction under the irradiation of microwave was studied. It was investigated that the effects of microwave irradiation power, reaction time, the amount of catalyst and the amount of water on the process. The optimum operation conditions were obtained by experiment as follows, micro-wave power IO00W, micro-wave irradiation time 3min, adding 20% water to initiate reaction, adding 3.5% catalyst. The yield of product was 82.71%. The product was characterized by HPLC analysis. The constitution of product was established as follows: trisaccharides 6,99%, tetrasaccharides 5.06%, pentasaccharides and higher molecule weight 61.67%.
