食品包装用塑料内垫中五种邻苯二甲酸酯的检测

Determination of five phthalate esters in plastic gasket used in food packing

采用四氢呋喃溶解塑料内垫，加入甲醇使高分子化合物沉淀，过滤，乙腈-异丙醇（1＋1）稀释后用反相高效液相色谱-DAD检测器进行定量分析。方法最低检测限：BBP、DBP为2μg／mL，DEHP为1μg／mL，DINP、DIDP为5μm/L，相对标准偏差为0．68％-5．06％，回收率为82．4％-109.3％，该方法简便、快速，稳定可靠。

With plastic gasket dissolved in tetrahydrofuran, the polymers precipitated by methanol. After filtration, the filtrate diluted by acetonitrile ＋ 2-propanol（ 1：1 ）, and determined by HPLC. The detection limit of BBP, DBP were 2μg/mL, DEHP was 1μg/mL, DINP and DIDP were 5μg/mL with relative standard deviation was 0.68%- 5,06%. The recoveries of the nine compositions were from 82.4% to 109.3%, The method was simple, efficient and accurate and suitable for analysis of phthalate esters in plastic gasket,
