摘要
采用四氢呋喃溶解塑料内垫,加入甲醇使高分子化合物沉淀,过滤,乙腈-异丙醇(1+1)稀释后用反相高效液相色谱-DAD检测器进行定量分析。方法最低检测限:BBP、DBP为2μg/mL,DEHP为1μg/mL,DINP、DIDP为5μm/L,相对标准偏差为0.68%-5.06%,回收率为82.4%-109.3%,该方法简便、快速,稳定可靠。
With plastic gasket dissolved in tetrahydrofuran, the polymers precipitated by methanol. After filtration, the filtrate diluted by acetonitrile + 2-propanol( 1:1 ), and determined by HPLC. The detection limit of BBP, DBP were 2μg/mL, DEHP was 1μg/mL, DINP and DIDP were 5μg/mL with relative standard deviation was 0.68%- 5,06%. The recoveries of the nine compositions were from 82.4% to 109.3%, The method was simple, efficient and accurate and suitable for analysis of phthalate esters in plastic gasket,
