摘要
对豆粕挤压膨化系统诸参数(物料含水率、螺杆转速、机筒温度)对成本的影响规律和挤压膨化系统最佳参数进行了研究。结果表明,影响实验指标的主要因素是螺杆转速,实验因素主次排列为螺杆转速、机筒温度、物料含水率。其较优组合为:转速295 r/min、机筒温度130℃、物料含水率27%。
The influence of parameters of soybean extrusion system (moisture of material, speed of screw, barrel temperature) on the input/output of product and optimum parameters of extrusion system were studied. The experiment results showed that the most important factor affecting productivity was speed of screw and the important order of factors was speed of screw, barrel temperature, moisture of material. The optimized combination of factors was speed of screw 295r/min, barrel temperature 130℃ and moisture of material 27%.
